The discovery of mirror neurons in the 1990s in the CNR neuroscience laboratories of CNR – Parma has transformed our understanding of the brain and movement. These neurons help us naturally comprehend others by “reproducing” their actions within our motor system. This finding not only explains how we understand the world around us but also offers new perspectives for enhancing our motor skills.
