The Fourier modules have entered prototyping phase

Exciting progress in the Fourier project!

Following our latest semi-annual progress meeting, held at Applied Materials Italia in Treviso, the Fourier project modules have officially entered prototyping phase. By the end of this summer, BIPV façade developed by FOURIER team will start outdoor tests and evaluation at PV integration lab Institute for Renewable Energy – Eurac Research.

This meeting was a key opportunity for all partners to share updates, discuss results, and plan our next steps. A tour at Applied Materials Italia facility showcased their shingled cell assembly line, providing instructive indications for future Fourier façade production upscale development.

Fourier is paving the way for a new hybrid construction supply chain, focusing on the integration of advanced photovoltaic systems into building façades.

We are excited about the future and the positive impact this technology will have on sustainable building practices.

Stay tuned for more updates!
